Order Conditions

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In cases of stock shortages or custom orders, availability may vary. Raquel Poço Jewellery reserves the right to withdraw or limit products without prior notice. Customers will be informed of any issues affecting their order as soon as possible via email or phone.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled while still in processing by contacting geral@raquelpocojewellery.com. If cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, customers may refuse delivery, but Raquel Poço Jewellery is not responsible for delays in processing cancellations or refunds in such cases.

Raquel Poço Jewellery reserves the right to cancel orders or deny refunds in cases of fraud, inconsistent data, customer misconduct, or technical issues beyond its control.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise this right, customers must contact geral@raquelpocojewellery.com or use the contact form on the website.

Returned products must include any accompanying items or gifts, and customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Raquel Poço Jewellery will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided the original invoice, payment proof, and return form are included.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. These processes comply with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Warranty
