General Terms and Conditions

The present General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which Raquel Poço Jewellery, a corporate entity with NIF 517787296, headquartered at Raquel Poço Jewellery in Lisbon (hereinafter Raquel Poço Jewellery), will operate.

The service provided by Raquel Poço Jewellery consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, enabling the user, who is granted the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.

Using Raquel Poço Jewellery implies full acceptance and agreement with all the parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of access to Raquel Poço Jewellery.

Purchase Conditions at Raquel Poço Jewellery:

Products availability

All products and/or services available at Raquel Poço Jewellery can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortage or limitation, as well as for custom orders, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such circumstances, they will be duly identified on Raquel Poço Jewellery.

If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Raquel Poço Jewellery commits to contacting the customer by phone or email as soon as possible to expedite the process.

 

Taxes and Fees

At Raquel Poço Jewellery, the prices shown are in euros, with the applicable VAT rates and taxes according to the current law already included in the displayed price.

 

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order placed while it is still being processed. It is requested to inform Raquel Poço Jewellery through the following email contact: geral@raquelpocojewellery

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will proceed to delivery, and the customer may choose to refuse acceptance. Raquel Poço Jewellery is not responsible for any delays in processing order cancellations.

Raquel Poço Jewellery reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud, or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of Raquel Poço Jewellery.

 

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of contract conclusion.

If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they may do so by emailing geral@raquelpocojewellery or by filling out the contact form available on Raquel Poço Jewellery.

By withdrawing from the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any gifts that accompanied the main product. Raquel Poço Jewellery will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned order, accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and the return form.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement where the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.

Any refund procedure will be processed as provided by the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Disclaimer

By creating and using an account on Raquel Poço Jewellery, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, ensuring its confidentiality, and all activity originating from their account.
