Shipping Locations
Raquel Poço Jewellery provides delivery services to the following locations:
- Portugal: Mainland (Portugal Continental), Madeira, and Azores
- International: Selected countries as indicated during checkout.

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland Portugal: 2–5 business days
- Azores and Madeira: typically 3–7 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–15 business days
- Gold Pieces: Orders containing gold pieces may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped, due to the artisanal production process.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or courier issues.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and the size/weight of the order.
Free shipping applies only to orders over €200 delivered to mainland Portugal (Portugal Continental). The Azores and Madeira are not included in free shipping — island deliveries are always charged at checkout.
International shipping is never included in this free-shipping offer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.
