How It Works

1. Receive Your Kit (shipped in 1-2 business days)
2. Capture the fingerprint using the provided wax mold
3. Return the kit (CTT pick-up points available in mainland Portugal) and we craft your unique necklace

Can I engrave both sides?

No, the fingerprint is only on one side.

Is it safe for babies?

Recommended for 1 year+ (newborns may have faint fingerprints).

Can I do it with my pet?

Yes! We recommend using paw prints, not noses, as they are more sensitive.

Can the entire process be done in-store?

Yes, you can complete the entire process in our physical store. Simply select “Pick up at store” during online checkout or visit us directly.

Is it refundable?

No, customized pieces are final sale.
