There are books that speak to us directly, as if they know our innermost thoughts, as if they can hear the voices echoing in our heads, as if they have access to our boldest dreams and deepest fears.

*Mulheres Que Correm Com Os Lobos* is one of those works dedicated to female growth, whose words have become an anthem passed down from generation to generation. The construction of femininity and the social constraints surrounding the role of women are central themes of our time and also a starting point for the work of Raquel Poço, who has always aimed to exalt feminine uniqueness and promote self-esteem and freedom of identity through her jewelry.

Now, the jeweler joins the reading circles of this book in Pombal, creating a unique piece that symbolizes the freedom to preserve one's own will. Emphasizing a wild side that is not tied to violence, but rather to the internal and primal nature of the human being, the necklace takes the shape of a female bust, representing the strength of a woman when she loves herself and the importance of the greatest love of all—self-love. As the author writes in the book:

"Being strong doesn't mean exercising muscles. It means finding your own radiance without running away, actively living with the wild nature in your own way."

One cannot deny the existence of a grand power in all women—and that unity is strength. That is why what started as a personal project between two friends has become a force to be reckoned with. A sincere chapter-by-chapter reading has turned into a group journey, read in a single voice by more than 50 women. Fifty women who want to discover who this wild woman is, who these wolves are, and whether their bodies and minds are a permanent home for this conquest.

In seeking to discover more about themselves, within this circle, there also arose a desire to contribute to a cause: the Teresa Morais Shelter in Pombal, one of many services provided by APEPI for victims of domestic violence. A home that offers comfort and refuge for women who choose themselves and, to do so, leave everything behind. This project will last for a year, taking place once a month, with Raquel Poço Jewellery embodying this message in the form of an amulet. A piece that inspires all to find and celebrate their wild woman, to be worn in sisterhood, knowing that all who wear it are, too, wild women.

10% of the proceeds from this piece will go toward helping the women of the Teresa Morais Shelter.
